The Accounts Executive will support the finance team in daily accounting activities, record keeping, and compliance tasks. This role is best suited for candidates who have basic knowledge of accounting principles and are eager to learn and grow in the field of finance.
Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/SAP/QuickBooks).
Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense vouchers.
Support monthly bank reconciliations.
Book Keeping, Balance Sheet, Taxation, Zoho Books
Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and supporting records.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax compliance under supervision.
Help in preparing financial statements and reports.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing required data.
Coordinate with vendors/customers for routine accounting queries.
Qualifications & Skills
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
0-5 years of experience in accounting (Freshers with internship experience can also apply).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS preferred).
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho ERP is a plus).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
