This role is critical for
smooth financial control, compliance, and cost tracking
in factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Book Keeping
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP
Handle:
Purchase entries
Sales entries
Journal & expense entries
Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts
Reconcile bank statements regularly
Billing & Invoicing
Prepare sales invoices and dispatch documentation
Coordinate with dispatch/store for billing details
Maintain customer and vendor account statements
Purchase & Expense Accounting
Verify purchase bills, GRN, and PO
Book vendor invoices and track payments
Maintain expense records and cost center data
GST & Statutory Support
Prepare data for:
GST returns
E-way bills
Reconciliation of ITC
Support CA during:
GST filings
Audits
Year-end closing
Banking & Payments
Prepare payment entries and coordinate for:
NEFT / RTGS / Cheques
Track receivables and payables
Follow up on outstanding payments
Inventory & Factory Accounting Support
Coordinate with store for:
Raw material stock entries
Finished goods records
Support stock reconciliation and physical verification
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain proper filing of:
Bills
Vouchers
Statutory records
Support internal and statutory audits
Qualification & Skills
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
1-5 years experience in
accounts in manufacturing company
Knowledge of:
Tally / ERP
GST basics
Excel
Good in documentation and coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
