. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, supporting the accounting team, and ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and accounting entries.

Account Reconciliation

: Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Billing & Invoicing

: Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and ensure timely collections.

Payroll Processing

: Assist in preparing payroll data, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Reporting

: Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including monthly and annual reports for management review.

Compliance

: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

Communication

: Work closely with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve billing and payment-related inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.

Skills

: Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or any similar software). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving

: Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve financial issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Textile or Fibre Industry

(optional but beneficial).

Knowledge of GST, Taxation, and other regulatory compliance
