Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in accounting processes and strong knowledge of tally/ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments).
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports.
Handle GST entries, TDS entries, and basic compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Support the finance team in audit-related work.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent).
Minimum 1+ year of experience in accounting.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
