The Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, supporting financial operations, and contributing to business growth through effective account management and reporting. The role requires strong accounting knowledge along with experience in ERP systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounts and maintain strong professional relationships
Handle day-to-day accounting activities including billing, invoicing, and collections
Prepare financial records, reports, and reconciliations
Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance in accounting systems
Use
Tally, SAP, and ERP software
for accounting, reporting, and transaction management
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial and operational processes
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements
Support audits and provide necessary documentation
Resolve account-related queries and discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar accounting role
Hands-on experience with
Tally, SAP, and ERP systems
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
