The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledger posting, and reconciliation
Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
Prepare financial statements and MIS reports as required
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as
GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
Maintain proper documentation and record retention
Support budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis activities
Ensure adherence to company policies and internal controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
CA-Inter / CMA-Inter / M.Com (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Experience in manufacturing / service industry is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
Proficiency in
SAP/Tally/ ERP systems
and
MS Excel
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and coordination skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
