Manage client communication and resolve basic queries
Handle GST returns, data preparation, and filing support
Enter purchase, sales, and payment entries in ERP
Maintain client records, invoices, and supporting documents
Coordinate with internal teams for billing and order updates
Follow up on payments and update account status
Prepare MIS reports as required
Ensure timely and accurate accounting work
Skills Required
Good communication
Knowledge of GST (basic to intermediate)
Hands-on experience with ERP software
Strong follow-up and coordination
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
Experience in accounting, GST, or ERP operations preferred
