Accounts Executive
to manage our financial records, admin operations, and reporting for company-owned and franchise outlets.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Finance
Prepare and maintain
P&L (Profit & Loss) statements
,
Trial Balance
, and
Balance Sheet
.
Handle
daily accounting entries
,
cash flow management
, and
ledger maintenance
.
Manage
accounts payable/receivable
, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
.
Review and verify bills, purchase entries, and expense approvals.
Monitor inventory-related accounts and report variances.
2. GST, Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and support
GST filing
, TDS entries, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors for monthly and annual audits.
3. Administrative & Office Operations
Handle
main admin work
related to the office and outlets.
Maintain documentation, agreements, franchise records, and financial files.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, franchisees, and management.
4. Communication & Coordination
Strong communication skills to interact with franchise outlets and internal departments.
Give timely updates to management regarding financial status, dues, and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience
as an Accountant.
Strong knowledge of
P&L, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, GST, TDS, and reconciliations
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Accounting Software (Tally/Zoho/Busy), and Email communication
.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Experience in QSR / food industry preferred (not mandatory).

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
