Positive & pro-active attitude towards work Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentiality requirements :-1)Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.2)Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.3)Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.4)Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole.5)Completing bank reconciliations, Managing company ledgers, Maintaining a system of managing and overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions of the company.6)Coordinating internal and external audits, Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies, Verifying bank deposits,Import -Export Bank Related Work.7)Ensure optimum usage of Funds,Stock Work.8)Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff.9)Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities.10)Producing financial statements, filling and tax returns and completing financial reporting, Tax Assessments. 11)Complete tax filings and dealing with matters relating to the IRD; Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.12)Monthly GST Payments / Returns GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B.13)GST Audit, Coordinate with Statutory Auditors.14)24Q / 27Q TDS Monitoring Quarterly TDS Returns, 26AS Reconciliations15Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.15)Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.16)Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues.17)Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.18)Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements. 19)Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.20)Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; and preparing special reports.21)Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls. 22)Maximizing return on financial assets by forming solid financial projects, procedures, policies, control, and reporting systems.23)Monitoring and recording transactions and financial events in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company policy.24)Maintain a solid and effective relationship across all business groups. 25)Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
