We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Account Executive
to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, solid accounting knowledge, and hands-on experience with drafting and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
Prepare financial statements, reports, and documentation
Manage invoices, payments, and billing activities
Maintain accurate records of expenses and income
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for financial matters
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Prepare drafts, letters, and financial correspondence as required
Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Com
degree
2-3 years of experience
as an Account Executive
Strong knowledge of
drafting and accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
Fluent communication skills (verbal & written)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Salary Budget:
25,000 - 30,000 INR per month
