We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive to manage and maintain the company's financial records and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience or good knowledge of Tally, bookkeeping, payroll, and cash/banking processes and be able to handle multi-branch financial data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update accounts in Tally software.
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and petty cash management.
Record and reconcile multi-branch income and expenses.
Manage payroll processing and maintain attendance records for staff.
Handle cash transactions and prepare daily cash reports.
Liaise with banks for deposits, withdrawals, and other necessary banking activities.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Requirements
Proven experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
