Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, profit & loss statements).
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Post journal entries and ensure accuracy in ledger accounts.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate cash flow records.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
Assist in preparing tax returns and supporting audit processes.
Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor and report on variances from the budget.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding invoices, payments, and financial queries.
Provide financial analysis and support to senior management as needed.
Assist with financial audits and statutory compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. .
