Job Title: Account Executive - US Accounting
Location: Ahmedabad, India (On-Site)
Shift: US Shift (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST) | Monday-Friday

Role Overview:
The Account Executive will manage core bookkeeping, client reporting, and financial operations for U.S. clients. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks / Xero Prepare, review, and maintain financial reports Handle AP/AR processes and client invoicing Perform bank reconciliations and month-end closing Coordinate with clients for day-to-day accounting needs
Requirements:

0-2 years experience in accounting (US accounting preferred) Working knowledge of QuickBooks / Xero Strong Excel and analytical skills Effective communication skills with clients Ability to work in US shift
