We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Assistant cum Billing Executive
to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate stock records, preparing and managing bills, and coordinating with employees regarding sales. The candidate should have a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Invoicing
Prepare and issue sales invoices and credit notes.
Ensure accuracy of billing data, including GST compliance.
Coordinate with sales team for timely billing and dispatch updates.
Accounting Support
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.
Assist in reconciliation of sales, purchases, and bank statements.
Support the accounts team in preparing MIS reports and documentation.
Stock & Inventory Management
Update and monitor stock records on a routine basis.
Reconcile physical stock with system entries.
Coordinate with warehouse/operations staff for stock movement and adjustments.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a link between sales, accounts, and operations teams.
Ensure timely collection of sales data from employees.
Follow up with teams for pending invoices, stock updates, and related requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).
1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or related field.
Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and GST compliance preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
