Eligibility Criteria

:

Education:

Inter CA / CA Pursuing (preferred)

Experience:

2 - 3 years

in accounting or taxation Strong command over

Indian Accounting Concepts

Must have

excellent English communication skills - written and verbal

Candidates with prior

KPO/BPO experience

in accounting are a plus

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist in the

preparation of tax returns

and financial statements for Australian clients Work with Australian Taxation and Bookkeeping tools under senior supervision Maintain accurate client records and adhere to deadlines Support the senior team in

data reconciliation, ledger maintenance

, and compliance Communicate effectively with Australian clients via email and calls

Key Skills Required

:

Solid knowledge of

accounting principles and tax basics

Proficiency in

MS Excel, Tally, and Accounting Software

Ability to

work independently

and manage deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good email drafting and client handling etiquette
