Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Account Executive

with strong knowledge of

GST

,

TDS

, and

accounting rules

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

audit processes

and be proficient in

Microsoft Excel

, particularly in

VLOOKUP

and

Pivot Tables

.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy in financial data. Ensure compliance with applicable

accounting standards and regulatory requirements

. Handle

GST computation

, filing, and reconciliation. Manage

TDS deductions

, payments, and returns. Assist in

internal and statutory audits

, including preparation of required documents and schedules. Generate financial reports, ledgers, and summaries. Utilize

advanced Excel functions

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and reporting.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-4 years of relevant work experience in accounting. Solid understanding of

accounting principles

GST

, and

TDS

. Prior experience in

audit support and financial compliance

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables is a must). Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
