Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory and company goals. Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities for industrial weighing systems (e.g., truck scales, floor scales, bench scales, load cells, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, and other industries. Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations to assess client needs. Collaborate with engineering, service, and support teams to develop customized solutions. Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts; negotiate pricing and terms. Maintain accurate records in CRM of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities. Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity. Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions as required. Ensure post-sale customer satisfaction and assist in resolving any issue.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of weighing technologies and applications (NTEP, ISO/ASTM standards, etc.). Experience working with calibration and certification services. Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude. Familiarity with ERP or automation systems related to industrial processes.
