Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain

export accounting records

in compliance with company and statutory requirements. Perform

job-to-job (shipment-based) accounting

, ensuring accurate allocation of revenue and expenses per shipment. Handle

EEFC (Exchange Earners' Foreign Currency) accounts

and

forward booking

of foreign exchange transactions. Coordinate with the

operations team

to support

timely payment collections

from cients. Liaise with

banks

for

GR (Guarantee Receipt) discharges

against export shipping bills. Conduct regular

bank reconciliations

and resolve discrepancies promptly. Monitor export documentation flow to ensure smooth realization of export proceeds. Maintain compliance with

RBI, FEMA, and other export accounting regulations

. Prepare periodic

MIS reports

, summaries, and analysis related to export performance and foreign exchange positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Graduate.

MS Excel

,

Tally

, or any leading ERP accounting system. Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently under deadlines.
