Job Description

An Accounts Executive- Females only

Manages financial transactions and records, including processing invoices, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling accounts. They prepare financial reports, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role may also involve sales and client management, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities

Financial record-keeping:

Manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate ledgers, and record all transactions.

Accounts payable and receivable:

Process invoices, manage payments, and handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

Financial reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Bank reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Month-end and year-end closing:

Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and journal entries.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Process improvement:

Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
