Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records for clients
Prepare ledger entries, reconcile bank statements, and manage books of accounts using Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks
Prepare trial balance, P&L, and balance sheets for clients
Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
File TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.) and handle reconciliation (Form 26AS, TRACES)
Assist in the preparation and filing of individual and corporate Income Tax Returns
Ensure accurate calculation of taxes and advance tax payments
Assist with tax assessments and responding to notices from tax departments
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain records and documentation for audit and tax purposes
Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other regulatory requirements
Assist in preparation of Form 15CA/15CB, Form 10E, and other tax forms if applicable
Client Coordination
Communicate with clients for collecting documents and clarifications
Provide assistance in responding to queries related to tax matters
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions
