Job Description

Managing accounts:

Handle both accounts payable (bills, expenses) and accounts receivable (money owed to the company).

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including the general ledger, and keep records of costs like labor and materials.

Reconciliation:

Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

Invoice and payment processing:

Check invoices for accuracy, post and document payments, and contact clients about overdue accounts.
Reporting and compliance

Financial statements:

Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.

Budgeting:

Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Audits:

Provide support during financial audits and reviews.

Tax:

Assist in preparing tax returns.
Communication and problem-solving

Query resolution:

Address general account queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Liaison:

Act as a point of contact for financial issues and collaborate with other departments.

Problem-solving:

Resolve discrepancies and irregularities in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
