Requirement:

Fluent English Communication

Minimum 2 year of experience in handling similar responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Receive and verify vendor invoices against purchase orders (PO), good receipt notes (GRN), and contractual agreements. Match invoices against supporting documentation to ensure accuracy in quantity, pricing, and term. Check for arithmetic accuracy and validate that all items and amounts align with the agreed-upon terms. Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS to the government. Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (e.g., Form 24Q, 26Q) and address any discrepancies. Prepare and issue TDS certificates (e.g., Form 16A) to vendors within the specified timelines. oMaintain accurate and organized records of all vendor invoices and payments for audit purposes. Manage and process a company's billing, which includes creating and sending invoices, verifying billing information, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responding to customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, and explaining charges. Maintaining meticulous financial records related to billing and invoices. Ensuring all billing activities comply with company policies and relevant financial regulations. Working closely with sales, finance, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth billing process. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Assist with the preparation and timely filing of GST and TDS returns. Ensure all transactions are compliant with GST laws and regulations
