We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to handle key operational and financial tasks related to our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data from multiple e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), possess strong analytical skills, and have a good command of MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Portal Monitoring
Perform daily reconciliation of sales, returns, commissions, and payments across various e-commerce platforms.
2. Reconciliation & Reporting
Conduct monthly reconciliation of all e-commerce transactions.
Identify and resolve discrepancies related to orders, returns, commissions, and shipping charges.
Maintain accurate financial records of portal earnings, deductions, and adjustments.
3. Month-End Closing Support
Assist with month-end closing activities by ensuring all sales and returns are properly captured and recorded.
4. Team Coordination & Follow-ups
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve reconciliation or payment-related issues.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
2-3 years of experience in accounting or e-commerce finance.
Working knowledge of
Tally
or similar ERP systems preferred.
