Role Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing admissions, building strong parent relationships, and driving enrollment growth for Petals Pre School. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to represent the school's values with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

Admission Enrollment

Handle inquiries from prospective parents and guide them through the admission process. Conduct school tours, explain curriculum, facilities, and policies. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with parents and guardians. Act as the primary point of contact for queries, feedback, and concerns. Ensure high levels of parent satisfaction and trust in the school.

Sales & Marketing Support

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events. Promote Petals Pre School through community engagement and outreach activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Administration & Reporting

Prepare regular reports on admissions, leads, and revenue. Support management in planning and implementing growth strategies. Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or admissions (education sector preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
