We are looking for a

Account Executive

who has strong expertise in

E-commerce & Quick Commerce Accounting

, financial reporting, and GST compliance. The candidate must be able to manage complete accounting operations with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities (Accounting & Finance):

Handle

end-to-end accounting

for e-commerce & quick commerce platforms Perform

order, payment & settlement reconciliation

across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) Prepare and maintain

Books of Accounts

(Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Journal Entries) Manage

Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

Ensure timely

GST working

, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B data preparation Assist in

monthly financial statements

: P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Conduct

monthly closing, bank reconciliation & ledger scrutiny

Support statutory audits and internal audits Maintain inventory-related financial records (if applicable) Work on

Tally

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

accounting principles & finance fundamentals

Experience in

e-commerce / quick commerce accounting

Proficiency in

GST, TDS & compliance

Excellent

reconciliation, analytical & Excel skills

Ability to prepare

MIS reports and financial summaries

Good communication & time-management skills
