The Account Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM software.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to represent the company and build professional networks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Experience in pharmaceuticals
Understanding of market trends and competitor landscape.
