Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Account Executive

to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in

journal entries, balance sheet finalization, and cash flow preparation

.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally/ERP software. Prepare and post

journal entries

for daily transactions. Handle

bank reconciliation, vendor, and client account reconciliation

. Assist in

preparing and finalizing balance sheets and profit & loss statements

. Manage

cash flow statements

and ensure effective fund management. Verify and process

invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements

. Ensure

timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings

. Support

monthly, quarterly, and annual closing

activities. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Provide financial reports and analysis to management as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

2-4 years of experience

as an Account Executive or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of

journal entries, balance sheet finalization, and cash flow management

. Proficiency in

Tally, Excel, and accounting principles

. Good understanding of

GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
