Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy

Account Executive

to manage all aspects of student payments, including cash handling, cheque management, and receipt generation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of

Tally

and

Excel

, and be proficient in generating and recording receipts in Tally.

Role & responsibilities:

Handle all

student payments

(cash and cheque) accurately and securely. Generate and issue

receipts

for all payments. Record all transactions and entries in

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

.
Maintain accurate

cash and payment records

.

Reconcile payments and balances regularly. Prepare and maintain reports in

Excel

for accounting purposes. Assist in internal audits and financial verifications as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in

accounting or finance

, preferably in educational institutions. Min 6month-1year of experience in accounting profile. Strong knowledge of

Tally

(creating entries, generating receipts, reconciling accounts).
Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(formulas, pivot tables, basic reporting).

Ability to

handle cash and financial documents responsibly

. Good communication and organizational skills.
