We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You'll act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while delivering value through our products/services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, or a related client-facing role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
