Manage the Accounts process, including processing payroll, verifying data, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve accounts and data maintain.
Provide support for audits related to payroll and Bills.
Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner..
Bill payments , cheques and cash Management.
Vendors co-ordination.
Sales and purchase data management.
Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed.
Requirements:
Communication skills should be strong .
Bachelor's degree.
Experience - 2-5 years of experience in payroll accounting
Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
