About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Account Executive

with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for driving client success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and support the sales team in generating leads. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions. Prepare presentations, sales reports, and performance analytics for clients. Handle day-to-day communication with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts. Collaborate with senior account managers to develop and execute client strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. A proactive, team-player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [industry, e.g., digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, FMCG]. Ability to analyze data and prepare client reports. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
