Maintain accurate financial records and ensure error-free data entry in accounting records.
Prepare and process invoices, vouchers entries
Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
Coordinate with vendors for invoice submissions, payment clarifications, and follow-ups.
Handle vendor payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Calculate and deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per applicable laws
Update and maintain TDS records and related statutory documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
Front Office Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage visitor's registor in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain a neat and organized front office/reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services.
Handle appointment scheduling and assist in daily administrative activities.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).
Experience:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and front office management.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Presentable and professional demeanor (open to both male and female candidates).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of TDS calculations and vendor reconciliation.
Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
