The Account Executive will handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, voucher posting, bank transactions, petty cash management, and basic reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments).
- Prepare and post vouchers (payment, receipt, journal, purchase, contra).
- Manage and record Bank Transactions and prepare BRS.
- Maintain petty cash and proper documentation.
- Handle vendor payments and maintain vendor ledger reconciliation.
- Support in monthly closing and MIS reports.
- Assist in GST, TDS & PF/ESIC documentation (basic working).
- Maintain audit-ready financial records for government contracts.
Required Skills:
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, formulas).
- Documentation & record-keeping accuracy.
- Ability to handle bank work and online payments.
