COCO LENI is looking for a reliable and detail-driven

Account Executive

to support our finance and operations team. This role is focused on

basic accounting tasks, data entry, and maintaining accurate books

, ensuring smooth backend functioning for our growing eyewear brand.

Key Responsibilities

Enter daily financial data into Tally with accuracy Import sales invoices from Shopify/ERPNext into Tally Maintain records for purchase bills, expense entries, and receipts Track payments, follow up on pending entries, and reconcile accounts Support monthly GST documentation and coordinate with our accountant Maintain neat digital logs and help streamline filing systems Assist in preparing simple MIS reports as required

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in basic accounting or data entry Working knowledge of

Tally (mandatory)

Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy Organised, dependable, and open to learning Based in Goa or willing to relocate

Good to Have

Exposure to Shopify/ERPNext Experience with GST filing support Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
