Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Manage export shipping bills, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.

Upload and organize audit-related documents in the PSS system, maintaining compliance and proper record-keeping.

Maintain and track telephone, mobile, and electricity bill records for all 13 centers, ensuring timely updates and processing.

Support accounting and reconciliation tasks using Tally and Excel.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve documentation and billing-related queries.

Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements in all documentation.

Prepare and present regular reports related to billing, audit, and export documentation.


Requirements:



Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in Tally & Excel

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
