Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Account Executive

with hands-on experience in

Busy Accounting Software

to manage day-to-day accounting activities, taxation, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in

Busy Software

Handle sales, purchase, journal, and cash/bank entries Manage

GST compliance

- GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A reconciliation Prepare

invoices, debit/credit notes

Maintain

accounts receivable & payable

Bank reconciliation statements (BRS) TDS calculation, deduction & return filing Maintain stock & inventory records Assist in monthly & yearly closing of accounts Coordinate with CA for audits and returns Maintain proper documentation and financial records Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in

Busy Accounting Software

Good knowledge of

GST, TDS, and basic taxation

Strong knowledge of

Tally, MS Excel & MS Office

Understanding of bookkeeping & accounting principles Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent Additional accounting certification preferred

Experience Required

Minimum

2-4 years

of relevant accounting experience Experience in manufacturing or trading industry preferred
