As Seagull Advertising expands its presence into Mumbai, we're looking for a confident and experienced Account Manager to lead brand relationships and contribute to business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in strategic environments, understands integrated brand building, and is excited to be part of a high-impact, fast-growth initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day client relationships for key accounts
Translate business objectives into brand strategy in partnership with creative and strategy teams
Drive the implementation of Seagull's proprietary brand processes -- Wings for Profit, Wings for Design, Wings for Reach
Collaborate with internal teams in Pune to deliver campaigns on time and with excellence
Participate in business development discussions and brand launch planning for new prospects in Mumbai
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign execution, and multi-platform coordination
Excellent communication, presentation, and client leadership skills
Ability to operate independently, with strong ownership and problem-solving attitude
Prior experience managing 2-3 brands in an advertising or integrated marketing agency
