Job Title: Account Executive - Billing
Job Purpose:
Responsible for accurate and timely billing, invoicing, and PO management in ERP. Ensures compliance, maintains billing records, coordinates with internal teams and clients, and supports collection follow-ups.
Salary- 25 in hand +pf +gratuity
Experience- 1 or 2 Years
Qualification- Graduation
Gender - Male candidates prefered
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client POs, SOs, invoices, and E-invoicing in ERP.
Ensure monthly billing completion and GSTR1 compliance.
Submit invoices (digital/portal/hard copy) with required supporting documents.
Maintain rental billing, pending billing, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR, CFA, and Clients for billing queries, credit notes, and rate/contract renewals.
Support stock valuation reports and branch P&L preparation.
Assist in collection follow-ups for key customers.
Skills & Competencies:
ERP & MS Excel proficiency.
Knowledge of billing, invoicing & taxation.
Strong communication & coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to work under deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in Commerce/Finance.
3-6 years' experience in billing, invoicing, and client coordination.
