Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
Support in bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for accounts-related queries.
Assist in preparing monthly reports and supporting audits, ETC.

Skills Required

:
Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Excel & Word).
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: 0-2 years in accounting or finance roles. (Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.)

Work Environment:


Office-based role with regular working hours.

Salary:


Rs.10,000 - Rs.12,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
