Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record-Keeping: Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
- Good knowledge of Tally & entries
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Auditing: Provide support during audits and financial inspections.
- Financial Systems: Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Manage Petty cash accounting
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings.
- Financial Planning: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization
