Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Acquire new Enterprise customers and penetrate top-tier accounts.
  • Cross-Sell & Optimize: Maximize account revenue by cross-selling Troopr.ai products and services.
  • Relationship Management: Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Data-Driven Prospecting: Use insights to enhance retention and improve conversion rates.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute quarterly territory plans to grow market share.
  • Complex Sales Cycles: Lead multi-month, value-centric sales cycles, managing proof of concept stages.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate sales forecasts to exceed revenue goals.
  • Executive Engagement: Build and maintain C-level relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Close complex deals using a consultative approach and strong negotiation skills.
Qualifications
  • Success in selling to VP and C-level executives at large organizations.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
