The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals through phone, email, and virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through research, cold calls, emails, and inbound queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Present product offerings and demonstrate value to key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports and feedback on customer trends and competitive insights.

Requirements:

• 1 - 4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, SaaS, or technology-driven industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Passion for learning, self-motivation, and resilience in handling rejection.
