Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, invoices, and expense records.
Reconcile payment gateways (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, ) with bank statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and GST returns.
Assist with inventory valuation and costing for online and offline sales.
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to improve financial accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Proficiency in Tally, Advance Excel, and accounting software
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
