Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage relationships with existing and new clients.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, service, and operations) for order processing and delivery.
Follow up with customers for payments and ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare reports and summaries as required by management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
