Job Responsibilities
Independently handle complete day-to-day accounting activities
Maintain accurate books of accounts using
Tally
Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and financial reports
Perform documentation and reporting using
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Prepare, send, and track
quotations
for clients
Follow up with clients regarding
quotation approval and payment collection
Handle professional
email communication
with clients and vendors
Maintain systematic records of accounts, quotations, and correspondence
Provide accounting and administrative support to management as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Tally (mandatory)
1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
Good working knowledge of
MS Excel and MS Word
Experience in billing, invoicing, and day-to-day accounting operations
Language Requirements:
Gujarati - mandatory
Hindi - preferred
English - basic knowledge (for email communication)
Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility
Working Hours & Schedule
9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
(generally till 6:30 PM)
Monday to Saturday
