We are seeking an

experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive

to join our team at

Ramsons Perfumes

, Dombivli. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting processes, proficient in

Tally ERP

, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals. Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including

invoicing, receipts, payments, and vendor settlements

. Prepare and process

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

. Reconcile

bank statements, ledgers, and account balances

. Manage

accounts payable and receivable

efficiently. Prepare and file

GST returns

and other statutory taxes. Ensure

statutory compliance

with applicable financial and tax regulations. Assist in preparing financial and management reports. Coordinate with

auditors

and provide required documentation. Ensure timely and accurate

data entry in Tally ERP

and perform data verification. Adhere to company accounting standards and policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Commerce or a related field.

2-3 years of experience

as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role.

Proficiency in Tally ERP

software is

mandatory

. Solid understanding of

accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance

. Excellent

attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

. Strong

communication and interpersonal

abilities. Ability to

multi-task

and meet deadlines.

Advanced MS Excel

skills will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
