Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) in compliance with government regulations. * Reconcile GST payable and receivable accounts, ensuring that all entries are accurate and in line with GST law.

• Maintain and update all GST-related documents, including invoices, credit/debit notes, and GST challans.
• Ensure timely and accurate tracking of eligible Input Tax Credits (ITC) and maintain proper records for audit purposes.
• Assist with internal and external GST audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements, incorporating GST details where applicable.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring GST-related entries are accurately reflected in the financial records.
• Use advanced Microsoft Excel features (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data analysis tools) to generate reports, track GST payable and receivable, and analyze tax liabilities.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards to visualize GST liabilities, Input Tax Credit utilization, and any discrepancies, providing management with clear insights.
• Ensure all GST-related records are organized, stored, and easily accessible for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assist in the filing and submission of GST returns within deadlines, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
