Position: Account Executive - Accounts Payable

Location: Delhi

Role Summary:

RockSport Adventures is hiring an Account Executive (AP) to manage vendor payments, expense booking, reconciliations, and accounts payable operations while ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Salary:

?2.4 LPA - ?4.2 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Booking all types of expenses to respective cost centers
Tracking payments, invoices, purchase orders, and statements
Vendor ledger reconciliation and KYC record maintenance
Scheduling vendor payments and handling vendor queries
Preparing reports and monthly account analyses
Reconciling system entries with balances
Ensuring confidentiality of financial data
Supporting process improvement in payment cycles
Eligibility:

B.Com / Postgraduate
1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
Good hands-on experience with Excel
Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho, or similar accounting systems
Good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
