Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining books of accounts (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers
Support accounts payable and receivable activities
Maintain records for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Assist in bank reconciliation statements
Update accounting data in Tally / ERP / accounting software
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing and payments
Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts records
