Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director of Ad Sales to spearhead revenue growth and strategic partnerships for JioStar's Premium Sports content ad solutions. In this leadership role, you will own key client relationships, drive revenue objectives, and position JioStar as a premium destination for TV and Digital advertising. This role demands a deep understanding of India's advertising ecosystem, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to influence market leaders across brands and agencies.

Preferred Education & Experience



MBA (Tier I/Tier II institute preferred). 12+ years of experience in sales, ad sales, or media sales 5-7 years of experience in brand/marketing roles within FMCG, Consumer Tech, or E-commerce sectors, with strong exposure to the digital ecosystem. * Track record of managing large, strategic accounts and influencing senior stakeholders.
